Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

There are no returns on digital items like eBooks, Audiobooks, and more. Since these sales are often handled by the author and third parties, we cannot speak to individual return policies, only those of Reader’s Habitat.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products

We make it easy to connect with and contact authors. If you have an issue with your product, please contact them.

Refunds

In the rare instances that we do offer a return, once your return request is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. Generally, memberships are non-refundable.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund in a timely manner, first check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
